The framework for using SAHIBAT, representing a business
and purchasing our services.
Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-10-03
1. Operator and acceptance
SAHIBAT at sahibat.com is operated by SM Marketing
Management LLC (“SAHIBAT”, “we”, “us”). Our
trade licence number is 1270015,
issued by Dubai Economy and Tourism.
Contact: support@sahibat.com.
These terms apply to visitors, account holders, business
representatives and purchasers. Creating an account or
placing an order requires legal capacity, a minimum age
of 18 and authority to represent any relevant business.
At registration or purchase, the applicable terms must
be presented for affirmative acceptance. The accepted
order records your service, price and applicable terms.
Merely browsing does not establish consent to optional
tracking or marketing.
The relevant policies in our Legal Centre apply to their
respective subjects. A specific written agreement may
vary commercial details where expressly stated.
Mandatory law takes priority.
2. Our role and listed businesses
SAHIBAT is a directory and visibility platform for
women-owned businesses. We provide business profiles,
discovery tools and promotional services expressly
included in an accepted order.
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, we do not
supply, supervise, license or guarantee the products
and services of listed businesses. A booking or contact
link connects you with the relevant provider, which is
responsible for its own customer contract, permissions,
pricing, service delivery and customer remedies.
Publication, paid prominence or a limited verification
check is not government certification or a guarantee
of safety, quality, solvency or professional competence.
These distinctions do not exclude obligations the law
places directly on SAHIBAT.
3. Accounts and authorised access
Provide accurate account, billing and business
information and keep it current.
Do not register for another person or business
without proper authority.
Protect login credentials and report suspected
compromise promptly.
Do not sell accounts, impersonate users, evade
restrictions or share access with unrelated businesses.
Authorised employees or agencies may act only within
the authority given by the represented business.
You are responsible for actions you authorise or cause
through a failure to take reasonable care. You are not
automatically liable for every unauthorised incident.
We may request proportionate evidence of authority and
restrict access while investigating a credible risk.
4. Purchased services and availability
Your order and our
Membership & Payment Terms
define listing allowances, duration and included benefits.
Fees purchase the contracted service, not a guaranteed
commercial outcome.
No employee, contractor or affiliate may promise
guaranteed revenue, leads, search indexing or ranking
unless an express written agreement from SAHIBAT
lawfully provides that commitment.
We use reasonable care to operate the service but cannot
promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
Maintenance, outages and third-party failures may occur.
Material failure to deliver our own paid service remains
subject to applicable remedies.
We will not use a policy update to remove a material paid
benefit during an existing term without an appropriate
substitute accepted by you or the remedy required by
the refund policy and applicable law.
5. Content, privacy and acceptable conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant the
limited permissions described in the
Content & Intellectual Property Policy
.
You must have the rights required for each intended use.
Our Privacy Policy
explains personal-data handling. Optional consent must
be obtained separately where required.
6. Suspension, removal and termination
We may decline, restrict or remove a listing, content or
account for ineligibility, material breach, fraud,
unlawful activity, unpaid amounts, a credible safety or
security risk, or a binding legal requirement.
Action will be proportionate. Urgent risks may require
immediate restriction. Where lawful and appropriate,
we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity
to correct the issue or request reconsideration.
Suspension does not automatically permit us to retain
all fees. Charges for delivered services and remedies
for undelivered services follow the
refund policy.
If we discontinue a service, we must address existing
paid commitments appropriately.
Account deletion does not erase accrued obligations
or records we are legally required to retain.
7. Liability and business indemnity
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful,
including fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence
where non-excludable, or mandatory consumer, privacy and
other statutory rights. Describing a customer as a
business does not remove protections that legally apply.
Subject to those limits, for a business-to-business
claim arising from our ordinary contractual breach,
our aggregate liability for the affected service is
limited to the fees paid or payable for that service
during the 12 months preceding the event.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or
consequential commercial losses, including anticipated
profits and lost opportunities. This cap does not
reduce an express refund obligation or an accrued,
valid affiliate commission.
A business member must reimburse reasonable, documented
third-party liabilities and defence costs to the extent
caused by its unlawful content, infringement, fraud or
material breach. This does not cover SAHIBAT’s own fault.
We must give prompt notice, allow reasonable participation
in the defence and obtain reasonable consent before
agreeing a settlement that imposes obligations on the member.
8. Changes, notices and exceptional disruption
Updates apply prospectively. We will identify their
effective date and give advance notice of material
changes affecting existing members where reasonably
possible. Urgent legal or security changes may require
shorter notice, followed by an explanation when appropriate.
Posting a revised page does not give us an unlimited
right to rewrite an existing paid bargain.
Service notices may be sent to your account email;
promotional communications are handled separately.
An event genuinely beyond reasonable control may delay
an affected obligation while reasonable mitigation
continues. It does not erase amounts already due,
mandatory rights or remedies for prolonged non-delivery.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable federal UAE law
and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to
mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes fall within
the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
This is not an arbitration agreement or an agreement
to DIFC Courts jurisdiction.
Please use our
complaints process
where practical. You may still contact a regulator,
seek urgent relief or exercise a statutory remedy.
Internal complaint periods do not shorten legal time
limits or prevent proceedings.
Mandatory protections applicable to international users
remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable,
the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
A delay in enforcement is not a permanent waiver.
We will provide Arabic information and documentation
where required. No language-precedence provision overrides
a legally required Arabic text.
