Affiliate Programme Terms

Introduce eligible businesses and earn an agreed share of attributable membership profit.

Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-10-03

1. Admission and independent status

Participation requires SAHIBAT’s written acceptance and an agreed Affiliate Schedule. Applying, sharing a link or informally introducing a person does not, by itself, create a commission entitlement.

Affiliates must be at least 18, legally able to contract and permitted to carry out their proposed activities. They are independent introducers, not employees, shareholders, partners, franchisees or authorised commercial agents of SAHIBAT.

Affiliates may not bind us, change our terms, collect membership payments, grant unapproved discounts or make guarantees. No exclusivity is granted unless expressly agreed. These descriptions do not override a status that mandatory law imposes on the actual relationship.

2. Required Affiliate Schedule

Before promotion starts, both parties must accept a dated schedule covering the following items. An unfinished field or public example is not an agreed commission offer.

Item Required agreement
Identity and channels Affiliate legal name, identifier, approved accounts or websites, territories and required licence or permit information.
Commission rate The agreed percentage of Eligible Membership Profit and any defined tier conditions.
Eligible orders Covered packages and customer types, including treatment of existing customers and previously active leads.
Renewals and conversions Whether renewals, upgrades and free-to-paid conversions qualify, with their rates and applicable periods.
Attribution Link, code or approved manual process; attribution window; competing-referral rule; and supporting evidence.
Direct delivery costs Any deductible direct fulfilment cost, its amount or calculation and when it applies.
Validation and payout Validation period, statement and payout cycle, currency, method, any threshold and treatment of amounts below that threshold.
Duration and termination Start date, ordinary notice, pending referrals and any post-termination entitlement.

3. How the profit share is calculated

Commission = agreed rate × Eligible Membership Profit.

“Profit” means the transaction-specific amount defined here, not SAHIBAT’s total revenue, distributable profits or company accounting profit.

Eligible Membership Profit is the membership fee actually received for an eligible referred order, after the customer’s discount, less:

  • VAT or other transaction taxes collected for the authorities.
  • The portion refunded or successfully reversed.
  • Actual transaction-specific payment-processing fees.
  • Direct service-delivery costs only where their amount or calculation was disclosed in the Affiliate Schedule before the referral.

A discount already reflected in the amount received must not be deducted again. The affiliate’s own commission is not deducted when calculating its base. No cost is counted twice.

General rent, salaries, unrelated advertising, owner drawings, arbitrary overhead and retroactively invented costs are not deductible under this definition. Each order’s calculation has a minimum of zero; it does not create an obligation to fund SAHIBAT’s losses.

Statements must show the eligible fee, permitted deductions, calculation base, rate and commission while minimising customer data. This public policy does not set a commission percentage or payment cycle; the accepted schedule must do so.

4. Eligible referrals

A referral qualifies only when:

  • The affiliate is approved and acts through authorised channels during the agreed programme period.
  • The business is genuine and eligible for SAHIBAT.
  • The introduction satisfies the agreed attribution rules.
  • The customer independently accepts SAHIBAT’s terms and pays through an authorised SAHIBAT channel.
  • Payment is actually received and the order passes the disclosed validation checks.
  • The order is not fraudulent, duplicated, complimentary or otherwise excluded by the accepted schedule.

Self-referrals and purchases by an affiliate or a business the affiliate controls are excluded unless expressly approved in advance in the schedule. Other related-party restrictions must also be stated clearly in that schedule.

Existing customers, renewals, upgrades and later paid conversions qualify only where expressly included. Free memberships and unpaid orders do not generate commission.

Purchasing a membership is not required merely to become an affiliate. Recruiting another affiliate is not a commissionable sale. This programme provides no downline or recruitment-based rewards.

5. Attribution and tracking limitations

The schedule must define attribution before referrals begin. SAHIBAT may not choose between first-touch and last-touch after determining which outcome costs less. An order earns only one commission unless a split was expressly agreed in advance.

Blocked or declined cookies, expiry and cross-device use may prevent automatic recognition. Respect the customer’s choices; do not use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, hidden tracking or fingerprinting that evades consent.

A referral code or documented manual claim may be reviewed where the schedule permits. System records are relevant evidence, not an irrebuttable determination. Competing claims are assessed consistently using the agreed rule and available evidence.

6. Validation, adjustments and payment

Commission remains pending during the disclosed validation period. A refund, successful reversal or established ineligible order may proportionately reduce the related commission. We must explain adjustments and may not indefinitely withhold unrelated valid amounts because another order is disputed.

Where the schedule permits, commission already paid on a later refunded or proven fraudulent order may be proportionately offset or repaid. This is not a penalty or permission to deduct unrelated alleged damages without agreement or lawful determination.

Payment requires agreed payout details, lawful tax or invoice documentation and proportionate identity or compliance checks. A legally restricted payment may be paused while the issue is resolved, with an explanation where permitted.

No undisclosed fee or minimum payment threshold applies. Any threshold must state how final balances are handled when participation ends. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable tax obligations.

7. Truthful promotion and disclosure

Use approved, current descriptions of SAHIBAT. Clearly disclose the commercial relationship near the recommendation or referral link. For example:

Use any additional advertising labels or language required by the channel and applicable law. Do not promise guaranteed sales, income, leads, Google ranking, government approval or permanent complimentary VIP access.

Do not invent scarcity, endorsements, testimonials or public-sector affiliations. Savings claims must use a genuine, current comparison.

8. Permits and lawful outreach

Obtain any trade licence, advertising or media permit and specialist approval required for the activity and territory before publishing. UAE social-media advertising may require an individual advertiser permit; requirements and exemptions must be checked with the competent authority.

Acceptance into SAHIBAT’s programme is not a licence or regulatory exemption. Use only approved promotional channels.

Do not cold-call, bulk-email, message groups or upload contact lists in breach of privacy, marketing, telemarketing or platform rules. A public business number is not blanket consent. Honour opt-outs and never impersonate SAHIBAT support.

9. Brand and traffic restrictions

We grant a limited, non-exclusive and revocable permission to use approved SAHIBAT promotional assets solely for the accepted programme.

  • Do not misleadingly alter our marks or register confusing domains or social-media names.
  • Do not bid on SAHIBAT brand keywords, run paid campaigns using our identity or use coupon/deal placements without prior written approval.
  • Do not offer unapproved rebates, share tracking credentials or intercept another affiliate’s traffic.
  • Do not claim orders you did not genuinely refer under the agreed attribution method.
  • Stop using the brand assets when permission ends.

10. Customer data and confidentiality

Collect only information you are authorised to collect and need for the approved referral. Prefer giving a prospect a link so they submit their own details directly.

Do not transfer private prospect information without a lawful basis or ask for passwords, card details or unnecessary identity documents. Required data-sharing or processing arrangements must be in place before the relevant activity begins.

Commission reports may contain confidential commercial information. Protect it, use it only to administer the programme and do not disclose it to competitors or reuse it for unrelated marketing.

11. Suspension, termination and changes

Either party may end participation using the notice period in the schedule. Serious fraud, unlawful promotion, material misrepresentation, legal prohibition or a credible security threat may justify immediate restriction.

Where lawful, we will explain the reason. Minor remediable breaches should ordinarily have an opportunity for correction.

Termination stops new authorised promotion. Valid earned commissions remain payable, subject to documented order-specific adjustments. Pending referrals made before termination are evaluated under the accepted schedule and attribution window; termination alone does not erase them.

Recurring or other post-termination commission exists only where the schedule grants it. Programme changes apply prospectively and cannot retroactively reduce agreed rates or introduce new deductions for existing governed referrals.

12. Records, disputes and governing terms

Keep proportionate records of approved promotion, disclosures and referral claims. We may request evidence relevant to a specific investigation, not unrestricted access to unrelated accounts or private customer information.

Raise a dispute through our complaints process with your affiliate ID, accepted schedule and evidence. The Terms & Conditions govern applicable law and jurisdiction, subject to mandatory requirements.

An accrued valid commission is a payment obligation. It is not extinguished by a general limitation-of-liability clause.
