Disclaimer & Complaints Procedure

Understand our role and how to raise a concern or request reconsideration.

Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-10-03

1. Directory information and professional advice

Profiles and articles provide general information. They are not a substitute for regulated legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check a provider’s identity, permissions, suitability and terms before entering a transaction.

Third-party information can change. We do not warrant that every external claim is accurate or current. This does not excuse our own misleading statements or legal obligations.

2. No implied certification or guaranteed outcome

Publication, membership, paid prominence or a limited verification check is not a guarantee of safety, competence, commercial success or regulatory approval. A verification description must be read according to its stated scope.

We do not guarantee search indexing, traffic, enquiries or revenue. External booking and payment pages are operated by their respective providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Where to direct your concern

Issue Contact and information
Membership, billing or promotion SAHIBAT support; include the order reference.
Privacy or data rights support@sahibat.com or support marked “Privacy request”.
Listing, review or impersonation SAHIBAT support; include the exact URL and relevant evidence.
Copyright or trademark Follow the Content & Intellectual Property Policy’s reporting requirements.
Affiliate attribution or payment Include the affiliate ID, accepted schedule and relevant order references.
A listed business’s own service Contact that provider. Also notify SAHIBAT if the profile may be misleading or unsafe.

4. Making a useful report

Use support or support@sahibat.com. Explain what happened, when it happened, the relevant page or order, your relationship to the issue and the outcome you seek.

Provide relevant records while redacting unnecessary personal or payment information. Our support channel is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat or ongoing crime, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority.

5. Investigation and response

We aim to acknowledge a complete complaint within five UAE business days and provide an initial outcome or meaningful update within 15 UAE business days. A shorter legal deadline or urgent safety or privacy obligation takes priority.

Complex cases may take longer; we will explain the reason and next step. We may seek proportionate evidence, hear from the affected person or business and temporarily restrict material presenting a credible risk.

A complaint is not automatically proof of unlawful conduct. We share only information reasonably needed and lawfully permitted for investigation.

6. Outcomes and reconsideration

An outcome may include a correction, explanation, restriction, restoration, account action, billing adjustment or another appropriate remedy. We will explain the decision to the extent lawful.

To request reconsideration, provide the complaint reference, grounds and any new evidence. Where reasonably practicable, a person not responsible for the original decision will review it.

We do not condition a remedy on abandoning a truthful review or a legitimate external complaint.

7. External rights and governing terms

You may approach the competent consumer-protection, licensing, data-protection, media or other authority, or a competent court. The appropriate body depends on the issue and jurisdiction.

Our internal process is not a precondition to urgent relief or a statutory remedy, and does not stop legal time limits from running.

This disclaimer supplements the Terms & Conditions. It does not create a wider liability exclusion or override an express service promise, refund obligation or non-excludable right.
