Membership & Payment Terms

What your membership includes, when it begins and how charges are handled.

Version 1.0 · Effective: 2026-10-03

1. Your purchased package

Memberships provide the listing capacity and profile or promotional benefits expressly described at purchase. Package names may include Basic, Plus and VIP Listing. Prices and allowances may change for future orders.

Before payment, the offer must show the total charge, currency, applicable taxes, duration, listing allowance, material restrictions and any recurring payment. Keep your order confirmation and invoice.

An advertised included feature forms part of the agreed service. It is not merely discretionary promotional wording.

2. Approval, activation and duration

Payment does not override eligibility or content review. Unless a different rule is clearly disclosed and accepted before payment, the paid term begins when the first eligible listing under the package is approved and made public.

For a package covering multiple listings, remaining capacity shares the package expiry date unless the order expressly grants separate periods. The default term is 12 months unless the accepted order states otherwise.

Activation and expiry dates must be identified in the account or confirmation. If we cannot approve or supply the purchased service, the refund policy applies. Any application-expiry rule caused by missing materials must be disclosed before purchase; this policy does not create an undisclosed forfeiture period.

3. What included benefits mean

Benefit Scope
Listings and galleries The profile and media allowances stated in the order, subject to eligibility and technical requirements.
Featured placement Visibility in the identified placement. Rotation, location and duration must be disclosed. Leads and rankings are not guaranteed.
Homepage or editorial feature The agreed format, quantity and scheduling process. Included paid work cannot simply be withdrawn as a discretionary favour.
Instagram introduction The agreed social deliverable. Advertising spend, photography and ongoing account management are separate unless expressly included.
Event or workshop listing Publication of eligible event information. Organisation, ticketing and attendance are not included unless expressly agreed.
Profile support Assistance within the stated scope, not unlimited consulting or production services.

Any material ambiguity about a deliverable must be resolved in writing before purchase or acceptance of the relevant service.

4. Payment and invoicing

Pay only through checkout, an invoice or another channel expressly authorised by SAHIBAT. Affiliates and informal introducers may not collect membership payments unless we separately confirm that authority in writing.

Taxes and additional charges must be disclosed before payment. We provide an invoice containing legally required information, including Arabic where required. Your bank may apply its own conversion or banking charges.

A failed or disputed payment may pause fulfilment while investigated. This does not remove a valid payment-dispute or statutory right.

5. Renewals and promotional access

A fixed-term membership expires unless renewed. This policy alone does not authorise automatic renewal or recurring charges. Any recurring arrangement requires clear disclosure, express agreement and an accessible cancellation method.

An expiry reminder is not permission to take payment. A free or promotional membership does not automatically convert to a paid plan.

Launch, founder and complimentary offers are limited to their stated eligibility, period and benefits. They are not perpetual entitlements. We may withdraw unused offers prospectively or reject abuse while honouring validly accepted benefits.

Free memberships and unpaid orders do not generate affiliate commission. A later paid conversion qualifies only if the accepted Affiliate Schedule expressly covers it.

6. Upgrades, transfers and your cooperation

An upgrade price, credit, revised term or benefit change must be shown and accepted before the change. A pro-rata credit is not assumed unless agreed or required by law. Downgrades normally apply at the next term unless otherwise agreed.

Memberships may not be resold or transferred to an unrelated business without approval. You must supply accurate, lawful materials and reasonably required approvals.

Missing materials may require rescheduling. Your delay does not automatically permit retention of every fee for undelivered benefits. Extra work requires an approved quote; unapproved production costs cannot be imposed.

7. Cancellations and payment disputes

The Cancellation & Refund Policy addresses application rejection, change of mind, non-delivery, duplicate charges and mandatory rights.

A legitimate chargeback or complaint is not, by itself, misconduct. Fraudulent payment claims may be investigated using relevant evidence.
